A couple of runs through Scarlet Monastry will probably get you better items from boss drops anyway though so go with the one you didn't get or go again if you left emptyhanded and save the turn-in for later. Completed this quest within an hour. After the 30 kills, quest turned in and letter delivered to South shore my warrior gained nearly 7 EXP bars as the result of all the EXP having rested bonus.
